# Stitch Puzzle Terms of Use

The terms for playing Stitch Puzzle: coins and helps, optional ads, backup codes, the printable charts and how to reach the developer.

Last updated: November 4, 2026.

These terms cover Stitch Puzzle, the cross-stitch puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and Android made by Igor Varyvoda ("I", "me"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

## The game

- Stitch Puzzle is free to download and free to play. Every level can be won without paying.
- You may install and play it on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game, or try to extract its code, art or puzzles, except where the law allows it.
- The game is intended for players aged 13 and over.

## Coins, helps and purchases

- Coins and helps are game items. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another player.
- Packs are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google takes the payment, and their terms apply to it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. I cannot issue refunds directly. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
- If a purchase does not arrive, the game checks with the store each time it starts and credits it. If it still has not arrived, write to me (see Contact) and I will help.
- I may add, change or rebalance game items and prices. A pack you already bought is delivered as it was sold.

## Ads

Ads are optional. An ad plays only when you choose to watch one, for example for a free continue. Ads come from Google AdMob. The [privacy policy](/stitch-puzzle/privacy/) explains what data that involves and how to change your choices.

## Backups

- The cloud backup is optional. It stores a copy of your game progress under a backup code.
- Anyone who has your code can restore that progress, so keep it private. I am not responsible for progress restored by someone you shared your code with.
- I keep backups on a best-effort basis. Keep your code safe, but do not rely on the backup as the only copy of anything important to you.
- Progress that is saved only on your phone is lost if you delete the game without a backup.

## Printable charts

When you finish a picture, the game links to a printable chart. You may print the charts and stitch them for yourself, and you may give away or sell what you stitch. Please do not sell or republish the charts themselves.

## Changes and availability

I may update the game, change or remove features, or stop offering it. If I change these terms in a way that matters, I will update the date above. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.

## No warranty

The game is provided "as is". I work to keep it running well, but I cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress, that come from using or not being able to use the game. My total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## Apple and Google

If you got the game from the App Store:

- These terms are between you and me, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content.
- Your license is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store Terms of Service allow, including Family Sharing.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
- If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims about the game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- If a third party claims that the game infringes their intellectual property, I, not Apple, am responsible for dealing with that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the game.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

If you got the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.
