# Stitch Puzzle Support

Help and contact for Stitch Puzzle, the cozy cross-stitch puzzle game.


Stitch Puzzle is a calm puzzle game: send thread spools round the hoop to pull out the stitches of a picture, then decorate your cottage with the coins you earn.

## Common questions

**I'm stuck on a level.** Every level can be won without paying. Hold a spool to see which stitches it will pull before you tap it. The hint (it pulses after a few seconds) follows a winning order, and the game tells you when a move leads to a dead end, so you can undo it.

**How do I move my progress to a new phone?** On the old phone, open Settings and tap "Back up my progress" to get a backup code. On the new phone, enter the code under "Restore".

**I bought something on another phone.** Purchases are coins and helps that are added to your progress. Back up your progress on the old phone and restore it on the new one.

**Where is the printable chart?** Finish a picture, then tap "Get the real chart" on the win card, or "Chart" under the picture in the albums.

**How do I get the cat?** Buy the cat bed in the craft room of your cottage. Feed your cat once a day for a small gift.

**Is anything uploaded?** Only your game progress, and only when you make a backup code. See the [privacy policy](/stitch-puzzle/privacy/).
